''Joshua provided private chef services on an “on request” basis for Touch of Spice.

Touch of Spice are representatives for a selection of luxury villas throughout Queenstown and we offer full concierge services for guests booking these properties. One service we offer is that of a private in villa chef which is where Joshua assisted us on occasion. When required his partner assisted with service requirements for meals. 

We found Josh to be very responsive when we were requesting availability and in providing menu selections for guests to choose from. It was no problem for dietary requirements to be met when requested by clients. 

The feedback we received from our clients was always positive and the properties were left in excellent condition once he had completed service at the end of the evening.''

"My family and I were fortunate enough to have Josh as our chef in a catered chalet in Baqueira, Spain.

He produced this on a daily basis for breakfast and dinner, he also produced cakes and biscuits for afternoon tea and canapés for pre dinner treats.

During our stay, Josh cooked a full Christmas dinner of Turkey and all the trimmings and still managed to come and ski socially with his guests.

We were delighted to get someone with Josh's skills to cook for us."
